Grup ini didedikasikan untuk fans WINNER yang kini dikenal dengan nama Inner Circle. Dari nama grup ini dapat dilihat fungsi dari forum ini, “Inner Circle for WINNER”, disini kita dapat berbagi berbagai hal baru tentang WINNER untuk tetap mendukung kinerja WINNER.

WINNER, boyband asal Korea Selatan yang debut di bawah asuhan YG Entertainment pada 6 Agustus 2014. Member WINNER merupakan trainee YG Entertainment yang berhasil menang dalam program WIN YG yang tayang pada tahun 2013 yang lalu. Grup ini beranggotakan lima orang, adapun kelima anggota tersebut adalah:
